Terms & Conditions

WhatGrowPro (“Platform”, “Service”) is a SaaS-based WhatsApp Business messaging and communication platform operated by WhatGrowPro, having its office in Pakistan (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Platform and Services, you (“End User” or “Subscriber”) agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This EULA governs your access to and use of WhatGrowPro, including its website, applications, APIs, services, documentation, content, and related materials.

1. End User Warranties

• You are a legal adult with authority to enter this Agreement.
• You are a legitimate business using the Platform lawfully.
• You comply with WhatsApp Business API terms and laws.
• You will not use the Platform for illegal activities, spam, hate speech, or IP infringement.

2. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WhatGrowPro according to your subscription plan.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Platform. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Subscription Terms

• Trials may be limited and non-renewable.
• Pricing and plans are displayed on the WhatGrowPro website.
• Subscriptions begin once payment is processed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Excess usage may incur additional charges.
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse or breach.

4. End User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must protect login credentials.
• You may not reverse engineer, build competing products, or bypass usage limits.
• You must report security breaches immediately.

5. Media Content and End User Data

You retain ownership of all data and messages transmitted through the Platform. WhatGrowPro acts as a data processor.

You are responsible for obtaining user consent and securing backups of your data.

6. Platform Warranties

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Breach and Termination

Breach of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination without liability.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WhatGrowPro from claims arising from misuse, illegal activity, or third-party rights violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property belongs to WhatGrowPro or its licensors. No ownership is transferred.

11. AI Features (if applicable)

AI outputs are provided as tools without guaranteed accuracy. Users remain responsible for decisions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes may be referred to arbitration if unresolved.

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WhatGrowPro.
